As a church family, we enjoy fellowshipping together and serving others in our community. Along with our Sunday ministries of Sunday School, Worship Services, Children’s Church and Crèches; we have ministries for our teens/youth, ladies, men, and the young at heart.
Two crèche rooms are available for all services; newborn - two years old, and two - four years old. A loudspeaker with volume control is accessible during Sunday School and Worship Services.
Sharing the Word of God in an exciting and encouraging environment. Creating life long memories; to grow in the knowledge of God, and to know the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
An age group that is discovering the 'whats' and 'whys' of their faith and life. Our church encourages our teens/singles to benefit from activities every other week and opportunities to serve the Lord throughout the week.
Bible lessons tailored to all age groups, from two years old to adults.
Every Tuesday during school our church provides AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) clubs for children ages 5 to 12, where they sing, play games, have a snack, and learn God’s Word.
Christian Womanhood is designed for our ladies to study God's Word one evening a month together. They have a cuppa, play games, & have a Bible study so that they can grow together to become strong women of faith. Every Mother’s Day, we hosts a mother/daughter banquet & every autumn the ladies get away for their own 2-day retreat.
Men don't get overlooked in their need for fellowshipping with their brothers in Christ. Our men enjoy Men's Fellowships once a month and enjoy a variety of games. The men also have a men's breakfast for additional fellowship and time in God's Word.
Our Young at Heart group are a cherished group of our church. They have gatherings in which to fellowship and encourage each other.
Every summer our church sets aside 4 days to get away and have fun together and get to know each other better, in a camp setting with a multitude of activities. During that time we also have the preaching of God’s Word to help us also grow spiritually.
Our church is constantly looking for ways to reach out to our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe it is God’s mandate for us to share the good news with as many as we can.
We actively support missionaries around the world through prayer and financial giving. Some of these missionaries were once members of our church!
As the Lord saves new believers in our midst, we walk them through a Bible study course to help them get grounded in their new-found faith in Jesus Christ.
Our church offers an opportunity to serve to those who are musically inclined, by practicing and singing special items in our worship services.
On Wednesday evening, while the adults are corporately praying and learning from God’s Word, the children ages 5-12 have their own time to pray and learn about music for the Lord.
As all of us age it is sometimes impossible to get out and go to church. Our church has enjoyed bringing church services to three different rest homes in Rotorua during the year and a few more for Christmas caroling.
